We offer various amenities and services for you, we strive to make your time away from home the most worthwhile. We have different properties in three locations- Delhi,Pune, and Gurugram.

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the Onetree Hospitality is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through the Waetiya Limited. By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

We may revise these terms & conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions.

House Rules:

* Breakfast is not included.

* Please do not misplace the keys (Lost or damage key will be chargeable) 1000 INR-

* Please don’t waste water, don’t leave taps running

* For hot water, please turn on the water geyser 10 to15 minutes before use.

* Please switch off Ac’s when not in use.

* Avoid eating food in the rooms or bedroom. (Please keep the bedding clean and in case of any stains in our bedding, you have to pay the dry cleaning charges or if it doesn't clean you need to pay the price for the new).

*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Only outside area to be used for smoking

*Respect our neighbors/ avoid loud music or noise after 10 pm

*We do not allow any gatherings, parties, or celebrations

*Outside or non-resident guests are not allowed between 10 pm - 8 am.

*House is not pet friendly

*After 8 years old, children will be charged as an extra person.

*In accordance with Indian law, we will need to collect a copy of passport and visa for non-Indian guests and ID for Indian guests.

Early Check-In

The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.

Early Check-Out

On request. Please contact the Front Office. Additional fees may be applied.

House Rules and Guidelines for Your Stay

Thank you for choosing our accommodation for your stay. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both you and future guests, we kindly request that you adhere to the following house rules and guidelines.

*Check-in Time: If you plan to check in between 9 pm and 6 am, please notify us in advance to make suitable arrangements.

*Key Responsibility: Please take good care of the keys provided to you. In the event of a lost key, a charge will be applicable.

Water Conservation: We appreciate your efforts in conserving water. Please refrain from leaving taps running unnecessarily.

*Hot Water Usage For hot water, kindly turn on the water geyser 10 to 15 minutes prior to use to ensure a comfortable shower experience.

*Energy Conservation: Contribute to energy conservation by switching off the air conditioners when they are not in use.

*Dining Areas: Please avoid consuming food in the rooms or bedroom. Maintaining the cleanliness of bedding is essential. In the case of stains on our bedding, dry cleaning charges will apply. Failure to clean may result in replacement charges.

*No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Designated outdoor areas are available for smoking.

*Respect for Neighbors: We kindly ask you to respect our neighbors by avoiding loud music or excessive noise, especially after 10 pm.

*No Gatherings or Parties: We do not permit gatherings, parties, or celebrations in the apartment. Please refrain from organizing such events.

*Visitor Restrictions: Non-resident guests are not allowed between 11 pm and 7 am. Please respect these hours.

*Pet Policy: Our accommodation is not pet-friendly. We appreciate your understanding of this policy.

*Children Over 8 Years: Children over 8 years old will be charged as an extra person.

*Documentation Requirements: In accordance with Indian law, we are required to collect the following documents:

  • Non-Indian Guests: A copy of your passport and visa.
  • Indian Guests: Appropriate identification.

Please note that failing to adhere to these house rules may result in a complaint being lodged with Airbnb, and strict actions may be taken as necessary. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

When booking your stay with us, it's essential to understand our cancellation policy. We aim to provide you with transparency and fairness in the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation. Below, we will break down our policy in detail, outlining the various scenarios and corresponding refund options.

Cancellation More than 14 Days Before Check-In Time: 100% Refund

If you decide to cancel your reservation at least 48 hours before making the booking and more than 14 days before your check-in time, you will be eligible for a full 100% refund on the total amount of your booking. We value your planning and want to ensure that you are not financially burdened when your plans change within this time frame.

Cancellation Within 7-14 Days of Check-In Time: 50% Refund

If your circumstances change, and you need to cancel your reservation after 48 hours of booking but still have more than 7 days left before your check-in date, you can receive a 50% refund on the total booking amount. We understand that life is unpredictable, and this policy is designed to provide you with some financial flexibility.

Cancellation Within 7 Days of Check-In Time: 0% Refund

Unfortunately, if you must cancel within 7 days of your scheduled check-in time, we will not be able to provide a refund on the total booking amount. This is due to the limited time frame, as we may have already made arrangements and preparations for your stay.

Change of Date Requests

If you wish to change the dates of your booking, the cancellation policy that will apply is the one in place at the time of your original booking. We understand that plans may need to be adjusted, and we aim to accommodate your request. However, please note that date changes can only be made up to 14 days before your initial booking date. After that point, we are unable to make any changes.

We value our guests and aim to provide flexibility and fairness while maintaining the integrity of our booking process. Please review this cancellation policy carefully before making your reservation. We recommend considering travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may necessitate cancellation within the 7-day window.

100% Advance Payment Requied To Book Reservation The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age to be able to check into the hotel. It is mandatory for guests to present a valid photo identification document at the time of check-in. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult ID Accepted:-
